The only thing was the light coming in from the window. There was a larger parking lot light that would shine through the window. Everything else was excellent.

Nice venue. Close to airport. Very bright outside at night, which, while a good thing to deter theft, shined in our room as the drapes did not adequately block it.

I would never stay at this hotel ever! The pictures online are definitely wrong and deceptive. I left this place knowing I probably wouldn’t get a refund. It’s way outdated and dark with a smoker smell. Felt dirty and I didn’t touch anything to find out exactly how dirty it was even though I’d been driving for 7 hours and tired.

Efficient check-in. Friendly staff. But the room smelled for like An air freshener was used to cover up a possible pet malfunction. Inquired at the front desk as to what air freshener was used, the staff indicated that it was all the same in every room. After opening the windows and turning the AC fan on high and waiting 15 minutes, the room still smelled particularly at the entrance. . After I asked if I could go into another room, The staff at the front desk was accommodating to allow me access to an adjacent room, which smelt OK. I moved all my belongings there and spent the night with no issue. Stairs were very steep and not standard rise over run. Signage indicated to use the handrail.

property was old and dirty . the staff was not knowledgeable on what there job was. Had heavy luggage and could not get help to get it to the 2nd floor. food for breakfast was not well prepared and looked dehydrated and not tasty at all. the room was not cleaned one day and had to tell them so. left one day early and they would not refund my the cost of the room. said it was the online company's job to do that. I had to spend hours to get the refund. real bad experience.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The A/C in the room made a loud noise every few minutes so I had to turn it off to sleep but I didn't complain or ask for a solution. There was no elevator that I saw, so I did have to lug a suitcase up steep stairs, and the jacuzzi and spa didn't seem to work well. But the room was clean and comfortable and it was convenient to stay here and be able to walk to the Diner. Plus it's close to the airport.

Claims to be by Airport even clerk said airport was miles away. No elevators. Have seen homeless people around so ground floor not safe. Clerk had a very bad “I don’t care” attitude. We didn’t stay.
