The room was clean. It was old and the beds were NOT queen size they were double. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable. The sink for the bathroom was in the main room and there was no privacy. You couldn't get ready in the morning without waking someone. The lobby staff was outstanding. I will not come back tho and will not recommend people to book here.

Dog friendly room worked for us, hard floor was not slippery for our elderly dog who has issues with walking. Pet rooms are in the basement so no view but double queen room was big. Good layout with a kitchenette, micro, mini-fridge sink and coffee machine. Further queen bed mattress in #147 was wearing out, needs replacement but other was good, bedding is good, pillows are mixed variety so you may want to ask for others... Breakfast is not something I usually eat, usually just coffee, but they have hot breakfast sandwiches, either sausage or Canadian bacon and egg which were just fine, and there are oranges, bagels, donuts, pastries, cereal, yogurt, juice and coffee. More than enough before heading back on the road. The Grill's chili and Mac and cheese at dinner were good as well, chili has meat chunks and is spicy but very good.

Very nice staff. Always enjoy my shuttle driver. Hotel needs some updating but is always clean. I wasn’t with my husband who did partake of the breakfast. I was on a plane. Not sure what he thought of it. Overall, good experience.

We got in really late at night and the staff at the front was so welcoming. Breakfast is in a cute diner/pub, but the quality of the food was ho-hum... The room was clean and very cozy. Would stay here again if we go through Medford on our next trip.
