Check in took a long time. Once I got to the room there was dry blood on the toilet seat, crumbs in one of the beds, you have to have the ac on the whole night or the rotten dead smell would be heightened, and you can smell the dent of drugs from 2 doors down. There are so many good reviews on this place but in reality it’s a horrible hotel. Do not stay here!

Killed 4 spiders in the room over 2 days. Left a watch in the room. Realized 5 minutes after checking out and staff wouldn't let us back in to retrieve it. When we were finally let in after multiple phone calls the watch was gone after housekeeping had "looked" for the watch. Won't be returning here.

Clean, comfortable, quiet standard hotel room with a nice pool/hot tub in a safe and convenient location. Guest laundry washer was in service but the dryer was out of service. Went to a local laundromat to wash clothes (mid trip on a 17 day vacation).

Nice place for Family

The room was a really good size. They had really good breakfast sandwiches offered in their continental breakfast. The staff were all friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was the floors in the room were dirty. No carpet which I love, but they definitely needed to be mopped. This was the first time we have stayed here (have been to Medford 3 times in the last 5 months) and I wish I knew about it sooner. We will be staying here in the future.

We like to stay here 3-4 times a year for a date night or to meet up with our friends from Redding as we live up on the coast. We always enjoy the drinks, food and comedy club. All the staff are friendly and everything goes smoothly.

Room was comfortable. Everything was very clean. Front desk said room looked out on a pretty courtyard but we couldn’t see anything due to high bushes in the way of the view. Room seemed a bit dark needed lights on
