Wi-Fi was not working the entire duration of the stay. Staff refused to even attempt a router reset on direct orders from the owners. Staff seemed willing to do more, but the owners refused. Also the heating was unable to raise the temperature in the room to 70°. It was snowing out, but no space heater accommodation option ready upon request. Had to run the tub and faucets through the overflow and turn the whole room to a sauna before it could get to a not shivering temperature. If you care about WiFi or are here below 50° outside, RUN!!!

Friendly staff, great price, clean room

Stayed here for a couple weeks. Great place to stay! Price was great and Amanda and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend!

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff

Amanda at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Room is clean and very comfortable, feels more like a master bedroom in a house than a hotel room. Great price too

The person at the desk for check in was nice. Said the "computers were down." Bathroom had mold all over the ceiling. I have photos. Microwave didn't work very well, couldn't hear up my coffee. Lights on balcony are so bright they keep the room lit at night. Parking is minimal!! 9:00am housekeeping woke us up knocking on the door to see if we checked out yet. 9:30am fiance went to office for coffee, woman pushed chair into walkway as if he was there to cause trouble! 945am housekeeping knocked on door AGAIN to see if we checked out. She said, "checkout at 11am." And I advised her that it was only 945am and to leave us alone!! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OR STAY HERE AGAIN!!! Who the hell wakes PAYING travelers at 9:00am?! HORRIBLE!!
