First off this is NOT northern quest or anywhere close to that. Advertisement is very misleading. We stayed for a concert and they charged a completely different rate than was quoted through travelocity. They added in fake fees and they ignored all my emails. I had to get help from travelocity customer service to get the fraudulent charges refunded. The place is new and everything was clean and shiny but in the morning all the power went off for hours. My elderly mom was in the shower when power went off and we had to leave via creepy stairs that went to a locked door. Fortunately some other travelers saved us. We had to leave early because of their power outage ( nowhere else in town was down) so we were not allowed to use the pool etc and they refused to give us a credit or partial refund for having to leave early and not get to use any amenities. Also everything they advertised was a lie. $15 breakfast - nope. Fair price- nope. If they had replied with any sort of care about our experience I might stay again but they ignored all emails and requests to explain fraudulent charges etc. really horrible experience.

The resort and casino was excellent in every way. I however drove down to Yokes(grocery store) after dark and felt very unsafe. People sleeping in cars, homeless sitting around the entrance. So, stay at the casino, but don’t leave after dark to get groceries.
