Very clean hotel including the rooms and pool. Gentleman staff member went above and beyond. Room was nice and quiet and beds were very comfortable. Very safe hotel. Would recommend anyone stay here and will be back again.

Got there at 6:00 pm on a Monday after driving 12 hours only to find there was a 20 minute wait to check in. When asked about it the person at the desk said there had been a line up since 4:00 pm. It was often like this on a Monday. Perhaps two people should be working. The rest of the stay was wonderful. Room was spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was one of the best we have had.

It's in a great location & it's really the Hats best hotel. The rooms are clean, the pool & hot-tub both work and the breakfast is good! While we ate breakfast an Associate came through and gave the 3 kids at our table, coloring sheets & crayons. Such a nice touch. The only suggestion I'd have is around their coffee machine. It'd be nice to even get a couple of the none free coffees with our room. I love the lattes lol Oh, the young lady who checked us in was super friendly too. Highly recommend this hotel if you're coming to the Hat.

This is our second stay at this BW Premier Property. This hotel has the most outstanding and friendly reception staff! The hotel is in a GREAT location, close to shopping and restaurants... and the transcanada highway. The best part is that PETS are WELCOME!!! The rooms are spacious and comfy. We have never enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.
