Hotel staff were very friendly, upon arrival , parking was very easy and free. The first 3 nights were good our room was renovated a little bit, our second reservation we had originally booked a queen bed and ended up getting two doubles, the door was conjoined with another room and instead of a door handle it was stuffed with toilet paper. Hotel blow dryer also sparked when turned on and created an electrical burning smell that lingered in our room.

The room was clean and quiet. The air conditioning worked well and the fan was barely heard. Because we are two seniors we travel with a little nightlight to help us navigate in a new room at night. To our dismay there was no place in the bathroom or the area just outside for us to plug in the light. The hairdryer had a wall outlet but it could only be used by also turning on a very bright overhead light. Perhaps an outlet or a dimmer switch on one of the light switches could be installed to reduce the risk of falling of your senior guests? Don’t miss the opportunity to eat at the restaurant for some amazing curries.

The hotel was not clean, and I had to request room service multiple times before it was provided. I noticed several customers being overcharged, and the staff was unwilling to address the issue. In the end, I had to take legal action to resolve the situation and receive a refund.

Property was easy to find and in a convenient location. The property was clean and room was kept clean. The only downside was the property not having an elevator, however, it was an older building so that was understandable.

Was travelling late and check in was easy and pleasant. Room was very clean and looked freshly renovated. This place was a step up from other Baymonts I have been at as far as layout and nice facilities. Breakfast was in an open dining area with lots of windows and not a little corner by reception. Quite nice

Unhappy stay

It was just a one night stay but that's not a good one as the room has lot of pet hairs everywhere on rug and some on bed. The hotel staff didn't even mention about it.

The staff was good, it was quiet, bed comfy, good parking, safe area There was a musty smell to the room when the air was on that was not good. Breakfast was so so, had to ask for coffee, cream, yogurt as they didn’t seem to fill anything unless you asked The mango tree Indian food and service was 10/10. Highly recommend you eat there. The owner even came by to check on us - who does that?!

Not a good stay!

My stay for 2 days was not good. My room smelled like wet dog. I have allergies so this was a problem. I asked if my room was one of the pet friendly rooms and was told no. I explained my problem of the over powering odour and my breathing issue. Although sympathetic, they did not move me or advise on fans etc that perhaps could be utilized to disperse it. Another client also said her room smelled bad. Additionally, the free breakfast was meh. Nothing really for gluten free other than yogurt. Everything kept running out, so you either went without or had to wait for replacement of the items. Would not stay there again.
