The exterior and lobby look dated, but the rooms have been re-done. Newer beds and pillows provided the best sleep I've had in months. Dreamy, especially considering the budget price of this property. Typical complimentary breakfast, nice strong coffee. Would stay again.

Was checked in under the wrong name and reservation even when the desk staff had my ID and credit card to confirm, and even after I had mentioned multiple discrepancies while he was trying to check me in (how I booked, my name, and even the last four digits of my CC). What should be a simple check in took much longer and there was no real apology. The room was not very sound proofed - extremely loud from neighbouring rooms tv and basic conversation, and the hallway. Also had someone smoking weed outside and could smell it coming in the window even with the window closed! Lastly, the room was infested with ants!! I only stayed one night for business purposes, checked in, went for dinner, then came back, showered and straight to bed. It wasn’t until the morning that I was sitting at the desk with bare feet on the carpet to feel them crawl on me! Hundreds of ants all over the carpet that blended in. I took a video and immediately packed up to check out and showed the front desk staff who just quickly responded with “I’ll tell housekeeping, sorry”. Not a good experience, and will definitely choose other accommodations when visiting again.
