The pool isnt tiled. It looks lyke it was covered in vinyl so there are lumps on the bottom of the pool. So easy to trip on them since its not visible but you can feel them when moving around in the pool. The rooms are average, but definitely need some updates and deep cleaning. We had booked multiple rooms and one of them smells like it was a smoking room. However, the staff were amazing. Friendly and attentive. Breakfast was pretty good!

The complimentary breakfast was the best! There was an omelette chef making custom omelettes with delicious filling. My kids loved the waffle and pancake machines. The coffee was good and there were different creamer options. In the baked goods cabinet there were muffins and butter tarts! Highly reccomend.

During my first 7 day stay I observed the lengths this hotel goes to in cleaning rooms. The rooms may not be marble and glass but the furniture is not battered and upon entering my room, there was a fresh clean smell. Beds are very comfortable and towels are extra nice. Best of all is the staff we’ve interacted with. Thumbs up to the front desk staff, especially. Brandi B who was so helpful in accommodating our crazy arrival/departure schedules for the month of July. Breakfasts are so much better than most hotels. Their variety of breakfast foods, including personally prepared omelettes, are wonderful. Fresh popcorn and cold drinks also are available all day. Would highly recommend this property.

Disappointed

Reception was cold. The pool was closed for maintenence which was the whole reason we booked a night there. We towed our holiday trailer there so we did not even need the room. We just wanted the pool for the kids. I get things break but this was not the case. It was a planned maintenence and what bothers me is they did not let us know ahead of time. It felt like a bait and switch. There was no attempt to make anything better. It was a terrible way to start our family holiday.
