Aside from the two nice guys at the check-in, this was genuinely one of the grossest places I have ever stated. The whole place reeked of cigarettes and mold mixed with attempted air freshener, the stairwells genuinely made me wanna throw up. I wish I could put a video on this because the breakfast was hilariously bad and on my second day reeked of sour milk, the whole room. Just pretty dark disgusting, the shower drain was ripped out and the drain was clogged with other people’s hair. The bathroom floors were like a slip and slide how greasy they were just a really nasty place. I’d rather sleep in my car.

Although we arrived there in the middle of the night, the guy at the reception helped us tremendously and was cheerful in every way. We were very pleased. He is definitely a person who does his job well. The comfort and cleanliness of the room is also excellent. It is a comfortable place. It is magnificent in terms of price and performance.

I paid for two weeks of accommodation, but only stayed for one week, and they never returned my money for the week. The room is cleaned, the trash is taken out, and the towels are changed once a week.

The outside was very nice but it definitely needs an upgrade inside.the bedding was stained,inside of tub looks very worn.they need housekeeping to clean the corners of room and bathroom. I don’t mind an older place as long as it’s clean.

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at Flamingo Hotel was so disappointing that I feel compelled to warn others. The service here was absolutely terrible from start to finish. The staff were shockingly rude and dismissive it felt like we were bothering them just by checking in. To make things worse, the hygiene standards were unacceptable. The room was not properly cleaned, and basic essentials were missing. For an entire day, there was no toilet paper provided, and when we asked for it, the staff acted like it was a huge inconvenience. How does a hotel run out of toilet paper? The overall hospitality was nonexistent. There was no warmth, no courtesy, and definitely no effort to make guests feel welcome. Flamingo Hotel seriously needs to rethink what it means to provide service in the hospitality industry.

The bed was good. Beyond that the carpet was filthy with animal hair. Towels weren’t provided unless asked for. TV remote was worn out and barely worked. Pool was dirty as was the hot tub. I could go on. Glad to be home!

Room 213 did not have a blanket on the bed, nor anywhere in the room. Further to this the room had an overpowering smell, making it difficult to breathe thought the night. The outside door didn’t lock, the deadbolt didn’t work. When all issues were shared with the front desk it was suggested that I should have voiced my concerns and that because we booked through Expedia there was nothing they could do for us. This is the third time booking with Expedia and will mostly be our last. First time we didn’t get our money back for a booking not used, second we were put in a room without a working shower and now this last time at the lack luster Flamingo. At this point we will not be recommending Expedia to anyone else unless the company is able to something for us. We hope your Expedia representative will reach out.
