Minor delays with security deposit return on both stays (was returned just had to wait an hour the first time and return 4 hours later the second). Card entry is finnicky, no towels in room until requested. Staff was polite and courteous, nearby restaurants are good, patrons are nice, and pet friendly (I assume as many tenants have them). Worth the expedia rate, not the extension rate in my opinion.

Scummy Hotel - Zero Stars

ZERO STARS!!! No Clean Towels, Fridge Froze All Our Food, Floors disgustingly dirty, Blood Stains in the kitchenette area, Lobby dirty. Breakfast - No Juice for kids. Smell of Weed in the Halls, People arguing outisde(screaming at each other). Staff were absolutely no help. Pics Attached

Very friendly staff. Pictures most be before they toke over. No stock for coffee or other supplies in room. Breakfast was always out of stock on items. Pool needed to be cleaned and no towels. Room was decent overall and they did upgrade for free

nd the shower dripped steady, there were no towels, face cloths so I went to the desk and asked for my money back and they said they would show me another room so off we went. So room two was a big nice room so I looked around and there was only 1 towel and I told I was the only one there so that was fine so good for awhile I spent the next hour trying to get the Wi-Fi on my computer but couldn't so was time to go out with some friends for supper. Came back to the room watched TV for a bit then went to get a glass of water there were no glasses, no cups nothing, Then went to wash up no face clothes at this point I gave up and it was time to go to bed , pull back the covers on the bed and bang was hit by to big stain which looked like blood stains to me but not sure was gross anyway took pictures and went to the second bed and thank god it was ok so got some sleep. Got up the next morning to have a shower before my Doctor appt. and grabbed the towel i had and was just discussed with it because it was dirtier than the floor So I took pictures. By this time I'm mad so I take the towel down stair to the front desk and show him all the stuff and he takes notes and pictures and tells me I well get a full refund for my room and it's been5 days and I've got nothing and I phone and get the same excuse it takes two days sir.. So IF I were you never ever stay at this hotel because it is the worst in the Country

It started out ok. Let me see had 2 shower issues both I delt with to be kind but..front desk was told. My jacuzzi was clean but..can tell should BE replaced. The front desk lied to me x2. I've never heard of a hotel tell a customer your room had a noise complaint during the day. They wouldn't say much more on it. So in the end think I was in my room 7-8 hours than I checked out. I was booked for 2 nights but..choose to take the hit of for the 2nd night at a loss cause this hotel went from being GOOD to I don't plan to EVER stay here again.

The breakfast was a delicious hot meal, eggs, sausage, toast coffee, etc. The room was hard to get to, climbing up and down metal stairs with snow covered and carrying suitcases. Especially being elderly. The bathroom ceiling fan was disgustingly dirty, nobody looks up to clean. I give it overall a 3 being the low cost for the night.

I found with this property. It was extremely outdated going back to probably the 70s their website advertises that they have a swimming pool a hot tub, free Wi-Fi and breakfast included. None of these were included in my stay. The pool and hot tub were closed. There was no breakfast there was no Wi-Fi, there was garbage and chocolate and empty candy wrappers all over the hallways and stairs the sidewalks and parking lots and everywhere around the doors and access were extremely icy not even salted or shovelled

There was no elevator, no pool or hot tub as advertised. I have mobility issues they said no ground floor availability. Even though no other guests were to be seen. Breakfast was a joke no coffee tea and cold food only. Peeling wallpaper lack of light bulbs. Terrible tv selection and poor wifi. There was also a karan in the room which is considerably disrespectful to Canadians. Keep your religious beliefs elsewhere.

Very very dirty. I ended up in the room for 20 mins and decided I could not stay there. There were bugs, broken dishes, dirty towels, stains on the bed, the fridge made horrible noises. The common areas of the hotel were filthy. Dried food on the carpet, an old piece of pizza pushed into the ice machine. I asked for a refund and they said no, showed me a few other rooms which were cleaner but I couldn’t stop thinking of the amount of bugs in the original room and did not want to take home and infestation with me so I left without the refund.
