We booked a room as we were attending a concert at the coop centre. What a great night! The concert was good, but the hotel was the perfect place to stay. Walking distance, clean and an amazing breakfast. Will definately be back again.

We found the beds very comfortable, room clean. The tubs are needing of replacement, (yellowed, older), but definitely did the purpose. We had plumbing issue, drainage from the tub and sink, staff notified and delt with that day. Staff very hospitable, cheerful, personable. Breakfast, we only went once, it was all right. Suggestion of changing open and close times. 6-10, seems like they put this time ment for workers not for other guest; with wanting you out of there hotel as fast as they can. Compare your cost to stay there to being rushed out is questionable of the value. Re-evaluation definitely needs to be done on this situation.

Breakfast and breakfast staff were phenomenal. The showers were nice and big and the layout of the room was wonderful with children. We couldn’t hear our neighbours at all which was lovely. The pool was extremely salty & hurt our kids skin (but they have very sensitive skin so that’s not anything wrong with the hotel). Just a tip if you’re travelling with sensitive skin. The rooms had a few missed spots for cleaning but nothing major.

I liked the continental breakfast, and that coffee and ice water were readily available in lobby. I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness. The couch in my room had food crumbs all over it from the previous guests which made we wonder about how thoroughly the rooms get cleaned. We stayed for 3 nights and our room was never cleaned by housekeeping, they only changed garbages and exchanged towels. They didn’t even make the bed

Nice property, clean and location was convenient. Loved the option of restaurants next to it provided a discount. The only disappointment was size of hotel room. Kind of tight for a family of 4.
