Room was smaller than I expected but for sleeping in it sufficed. We had to avoid each other by planning who walked which way. Room was clean and the front desk staff were great. Will consider staying again when we are back in the Hat.

The hotel is older and needs some updates. The carpets need cleaning/replacing and the floor is worn. Other than that, the room was clean with the exception of the shower curtain which needed cleaning (not obvious until you open it up). Some nice touches such as 24-hour coffee in the lobby, free to borrow DVDs in the lobby and water and a jar of treats if you have a dog (we didn't). Complimentary breakfast was very good with hot items plus gluten-free cereal, bread and English muffins on request which was a pleasant surprise (I have celiac disease). We would definitely stay here again if we're in the area.

We were on a road trip and needed an overnight stop. The room upgrade was appreciated and a great value. The drapes weren't quite wide enough to keep out the light from the auto dealer lot. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was just what was needed. The baked goods were fresh as of 15 minutes before we went down to eat.

Fair price but having two people in a room with only 2 towels for 3 days and house cleaning every third day is not sufficient. I thought house cleaning came every 2 days from the original check in conversation. I am also alleeg8c to animal dander but had no rections so i would have thought a room that never had animals would have been good.
