The room was great. Unfortunately the continental breakfast was terrible. No coffee, no fruit, the eggs and sausage were not good. Tiny little muffins. It definitely could use improvement.

This hotel, he was right across the street from the hospital. However, you have to walk up a block to do the crossover if you were walking. It was easy to get to from the hospital and easy to get back from visits. I'd recommend anybody to stay there who is especially looking for rooms? If they're/ love ones staying at the hospital.

This is our second time staying at this hotel and it never disappointed us. We were going to Banff, and this hotel is always our choice to stay before continuing the long drive. The staff was nice, checking in was easy. The room is clean and spacious. Bathroom is clean as well. I only wish for more breakfast options, but other than that, we were satisfied with our stay. Highly recommend.

Stinky and not amazing

Shower curtain smelled llke urine. Called reception and they said they would deal with it the next day, which happened to be the day we checked out. Fitness facility is super tiny in an enclosed room est the lobby and hot tub was broken. Was a 2 star at best.
