The property is dated, furniture in room is visibly worn. AC works great in room, and that's the only place you will find AC. There is no AC in halls, lobby or restaurant. Try to find an ice maker that works is a challenge and no signs telling you were you can find the one working ice maker which is on ground floor. Breakfast was barely ok, watery eggs and sausage that didn't look cooked. What we paid per night was a rip off for what we got in my opinion.

The staff was amazing. We stayed for almost a week. They were excellent. Dealt with multiple frond counter, maintenence, and housekeeping. The morning breakfast buffet staff was great! We ate once at the element lounge attached to the hotel, and experienced some of the worst service ever would not recommend. The condition of the hotel is in dire need of repair. Carpets need replacing, wallpaper peeling from the wall, showers had soap scum, all of the fixtures were heavily damaged with chips and scratches in wood. Clearly haven't been replaced or fixed in well over a decade. Overall we had a great stay. If the staff wasn't so amazing I'm not sure we would come back due to the lack of repairs and updating. 10/10 for the staff element though. I hope they get treated good because every single one of them was amazing!
