Awesome trip.
This religious trip to Madinah become awesome. The lady staff on the hotel very polite and helpful, she explained how to get the miqat and the train to Mecca clearly. She is nice Saudi's local staff. The location of the hotel exactly beside the mosque, so only 5 minutes' walk. The breakfast also very good, my family love it.

From the moment I arrived I had a wondeful experience. The staff were very amazing. Very helpful and very friendly. The hotel facilities were exactly as described. The room was amazing with an amazing view of the mosque. Modernised rooms and very spacious. I would highly recommend this hotel. The price was very reasonable compared to some hotels of the same standard. Many thanks once again to the staff. I will definitely be staying here again InshAllah.

I booked the hotel for my stay from Expedia in early April 2024 for stay from 29 July till 04 August with everything paid. When I arrived at the hotel they said booking is cancelled couple days back prior to my arrival reason unknown. The management was totally uncoaparative and gave me really hard time. I was travelling with family of 6 people and waited in the lounge for 5 hours and Expedia on the other side was not responding to my calls and I have to pay and book other property New Madina Hotel. I demand compensation from Expedia and the property. They should not only refund my money which I paid but also should compansate for the money I paid to book new property at higher price and for all the trouble I have been through.
