Close to Masjid, Clean and Comfortable stay
Easy and quick check-in process. Welcoming front desk staff who supported our needs during the stay. Particularly Zafran, who checked in often and ensured we were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, we thank Reza for his hard work. Tandu (Tandoo?) from housekeeping did an excellent cleaning job. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. We will be staying again inshallah.

Excellent location, right across the Haram, on the Quba street, and restaurants nearby. Staff was very helpful and courteous, chech in was smooth, easy, and pleasant. Breakfast was ok - needs attention to the fresshness of the available options e.g. bread/nan was cold hence rock hard to chew - it must have been fresh but not properly stored.

10min walk to the ladies area of mosque. Room was very clean. Abdulla and Kabir cared for our room on the 8th floor, very attentive and receptive. I had another brilliant stay at Elaf Al Taqwa during my recent visit to Madinah—my third time here, and it was as fantastic as ever. The evening atmosphere was particularly lovely, adding to the serene experience of being in this holy city. The staff, as always, were exceptional, with a special mention to Thandu Ali from housekeeping, who went above and beyond to ensure our room was spotless and comfortable. The room service was prompt and satisfying, making the stay even more enjoyable. I've already booked my next stay, and I'm looking forward to another great experience. Highly recommended!
