We like that the Hotel is located very near Masjid Al Nabawi. The rooms were clean, the staff at the reception were very nice and helpful, especially the staff from the restaurant Mr. Barkat Hussain and all the waiters were very attentive. We will recommend this Hotel to our friends and family.

Excellent location. Practically 3-5 minute walk to Masjid ul Nabwi. Added bonus is, there’s the “Creation Museum” right next to it with excellent exhibits and eye catching architecture. Also very good restaurants inside the museum building. Plenty of shopping options around. Rooms and bathrooms are very spacious and clean. Carpet is a little worn out, that’s why I gave it a 4 star but all the other amenities and services from staff, housekeeping and front desk is top notch 5 star worthy. Loved the wudu sink in the bathroom. Fridge in the room is added bonus. A microwave would have made it perfect though. Highly recommend this hotel.

Absolutely loved my stay here. The staff was extremely professional. I showed concern about the noise and the manager immediately moved me to a quiter room. I had a wonderful stay at New Madinah Hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The rooms were clean, modern, and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect—close to popular attractions but still quiet for a good night’s sleep. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of delicious options. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again!.
