Awful check in experience. Made to wait for ages only to find out that hotel was overbooked and that they were moving us to a nearby “5* hotel” which was not 5* at all and did meet my expectations at all. Very disappointed and will not be staying here nor recommending no it to anyone ever

Great place, perfect location and super clean. Few minutes walk to the prophet mosque at the door # 328 and #329. Hotel hosts are respectful and friendly. I would recommend everyone to stay at this hotel for great experience.

Its an old building. Facilities and washrooms outdated. Breakfast below average. Room service didnt replace towels next day. Location is close to Haram. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel then spend a little more and get a better hotel.
