Fantastic hotel!!! Great experience and fantastic customer service from receptionist to concierge to room service and cleaning. Everything was well spot on and felt like a king in this hotel. This should be 5 star hotel as it was much better than the 5 star hotel i stayed in mekkah. Walk to the mosque is only 5 mins. What a amazing and fantastic experience from myself and my family!!! We loved it!!!!

The hotel goes way out of their way for customers. Their hospitality is amazing. House keeping is available 24 hours a day. We really had an amazing experience with Saja Al-Medina. It is about a 3 to 5 min walk to the ladies section. Very convenient.

We enjoyed our stay at Saja Al Madinah Hotel. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the Haram, which made everything very convenient. The rooms were clean and generally comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful. However, the hotel would benefit from some renovations, as the furniture felt quite dated. The internet connection was also a bit slow during our stay. One practical tip: try to avoid using the elevators right before and after prayer times, as they tend to get very crowded and can take a while to arrive. Overall, it’s a good option for proximity to the Haram, especially if you’re looking for convenience and cleanliness.

Worst reception and service

I booked the room for 2 nights. After 1 night the reception was calling the room again and again. They were saying I booked for one night. They send people 2 times when we all were sleeping. That guy wake us up and told us to contact reception. Rooms service did to clean the room on 2nd day. Had ask for towel couple of times. Last thing they disabled my room key. I had to go down and ask them to reactivate it. Even though the hotel amenities were good the administration and reception is the worst.
