Amazing hotel and great customer service! The hotel is about a 15 min walk to the prophets mosque which was very convenient and easy. No need for an uber/taxi. The reception was very welcoming and offered us amazing customer service throughout our stay. Very clean rooms and located in a nice and quiet area. I would definitely stay here again!

Only gave this property 3 stars as the walk was too much for my elderly mother to do 5x a day. I am usually a fast walker and probably could have done it in about 10 minutes, but it was quite difficult for her who took about 20 minutes each way. Asides from that, everything else was great. Clean room, and bathroom. Good buffet, good staff. Got my deposit back promptly. Would definitely stay again if I came with a different crowd for sure :). Thanks so much!

The hotel is conveniently located a short 10 minute walk from the center of Medinah. Staff is helpful, room is comfortable and clean. I would stay here again.

Air conditioner went out our room from 10pm to 2am they couldn’t fix keep trying and we were passionate it’s hot 41 degrees by 2am they gave us another room. No person apologized and say nothing not even sorry

The front desk receptionist did not know how to communicate in English. Expected better from them, my room was missing glass door next to the shower, when complained they just told me that every room is like that and no other room is available. Please reach them to speak in English properly. The only saving grace was their breakfast. Please work on your customer relations, I complained to Expedia as well but the rep said that they no one is available to even answer their calls right now. Which is very unprofessional.

The hotel is very clean. Room was excellent, bathroom super clean. I would stay here again. The only downside was the area surrounding the hotel. It’s very dirty and trashy. It kind of makes no sense to at this type of hotel is in such a bad area.

Super Sweet staff . This was my first time in a Muslim country and as an American they were so kind to me . Clean room and facilities. If I’m ever fortunate to come back to Madinah I will most definitely book again . Shout out to Ahmed who was in the breakfast section. He was so nice and the breakfast was very tasty .

ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT....EXCEPT FOR ONE THING!
This hotel was absolutely lovely and in a fantastic location. The service was impeccable and my room was large and very clean. Perhaps the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in at a hotel! Breakfast each morning was very nice with lots to choose from. The cafe on the ground floor serves the absolute best coffee - it would rival anything served in Melbourne - the coffee capital of the world! The cakes were also beautiful. There are some shops and restaurants in the area as well as an ATM. My only issue was the terrible water pressure. I don't know if this is an issue all over Madinah...but the water pressure in the basin was like a teaspoon. The water pressure in the shower wasn't much better. That was the only thing that turned me off this hotel. Otherwise, it was absolutely wonderful!
