Polite and helpful staff, good breakfast, good location with parking. Prayer / multi-faith room is not clean but they are making improvements. Pool is not heated.

I would not stay in this neighborhood or at this hotel ever again. Staff are inattentive and rude. Amenities are bare minimum and it was hard to just get towels when entering the room. Never received hand soap for the entire stay after multiple requests. Breakfast was good and staff in this area was good but quality of food was okay. Overall, the hotel should be reviewed by Minister of Tourism for how it poorly represents Morocco and its hotel industry.

the service and the rooms all were excellent , also Loved the location. When we will be back to tangier we will be staying in this hotel again.

This hotel is sooo beautifully decorated , you feel you are walking in a magazine fir interior decorators! Highly recomnended. Beautiful staff. Evn the tiny swimming pool is a uniwue experience not to be missed.

Awful !! I had a very disappointing and stressful experience with this property. The apartment information is extremely misleading. I arrived shortly after 19:30, but there was nobody there. The entrance was locked, and there was no reception or any clear instructions provided. I waited outside until 21:00, standing alone on a dark street, which made me feel very unsafe. With no way to access the apartment or contact anyone successfully, I was forced to book another hotel at my own expense and leave. To make matters worse, the management was completely unhelpful and dishonest. I paid for a taxi from the airport to the apartment, and despite the fact that I was unable to access the property due to their failure, they refused to refund my payment. Instead, they made excuses and would not take responsibility for the situation. This experience was unacceptable and unprofessional. I strongly recommend staying away from this property.
