The Hotel Corona d’Oro was the perfect place to stay in the heart of Bologna. Close to everything, making it very convenient. The room and amenities were excellent, the best extremely comfortable, and it was quiet. Also great having the restaurant and bar option just off the lobby. I would absolutely recommend it.

Excellent experience throughout

A beautiful hotel with excellent service and spotlessly clean throughout the entire property. The breakfast room was beautiful, a little haven with greenery all around and peaceful surroundings. A good choice of foods on offer. The room was spacious and modern with traditional touches. Especially loved the shutters outside the windows for full darkness at night. There was a little noise on the street during the night but nothing too bad as generally it is a very secluded and quiet street. The restaurant opposite was lovely too and location fab with just a 10-15 min walk to centre of the city and a 10 minute walk to the beautiful park. We stayed with our two young children and felt so well accommodated and looked after by all hotel staff.
