The pictures advertised were not the pictures of the property. The mattress was very poor quality. The advertisement said there was a washer/dryer, but there wasn't. Dozens of bites on my body which were worse in the morning. The admin were not bothered at all. The people upstairs were regularly up until 3:00a.m. and you could hear everything despite the advertisement stating there was soundproofing. Had to put down 100euro cash deposit which I did not know about. No credit card option.

Die Unterkunft hat glücklicherweise einen Punkt bekommen, allem anderen würde ich keinen Punkt geben. Das von uns gebuchte Apartment stand gar nicht zur Verfügung und wir wurden ins komplette Gegenteil umquartiert ohne jegliche Kulanz. Unsere beiden kleinen mussten durch diese Situation permanent beaufsichtigt werden. Die Sauberkeit war von weitem ok jedoch bei näherem Hinsehen wurden auch Reste von Vormietern entdeckt. Einige Hausregeln werden gar nicht praktiziert wie austauschen von Badetüchern, das zur Verfügung stellen von WC-Papier oder Müllbeutel. Gerne nie wieder.

Daa Appartement Lapeza ist sehr neu. Einziges Manko war, dass es im Bad sauberer sein hätte können. Auf der Terrasse hätte das Glasgeländer entkalkt werden sollen. Ein Insektenschutzgitter wäre optimal. Es gab sehr viele Stechmücken. Man kann nachts nur mit geschlossene Fenster schlafen. Die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert. Das Bett war nicht gerade bequem. Alles andere war top. Mein Mann sitzt im Rollstuhl. Alleine wäre er nicht auf die Terrasse gekommen, aber mit meiner Hilfe hat es geklappt. Das Schlafsofa war laut meinem 14-jährigen Sohn bequem. In der Rezeption sind die Damen sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man muss bei der Ankunft 100€ Kaution hinterlegen, die man beim Check out und nach der Appartement Kontrolle durch eine Mitarbeiterin wieder zurückbekommt. Außer es wäre etwas kaputt gegangen. Dann wird abgezogen. Im Ganzen also ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Struttura di recente costruzione, arredamento curato. Appartamento pulito e molto ben fornito. Unica pecca, trattandosi di nuove costruzioni gli edifici sono molto vicini tra loro e ne risente un po' la privacy.
