From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we felt cared for and appreciated. A very special thank you to Kiki, whose kindness, professionalism, and positive energy stood out every single day. She consistently went above and beyond and made us feel like valued guests rather than just another room number. I’d also like to recognize the incredible breakfast team. Their friendliness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Exceptional service is what transforms a great hotel into an unforgettable experience, and the team at Vertali did exactly that. My overall impression of that hotel: Never again! The attitude of the staff does not correspond to a 5* hotel, but rather a cheap hostel. "All-inclusive" statement is false - only cheap and low level drink is included. Any normal wines and cocktails are at the additional cost. Shouts and attitude of the local staff are just killing the vacation mood.

We had a lovely stay at the Dore Hotel. The staff are incredible, property spotless and the rooms are well laid out. We had a swim up pool room which was fantastic. It is an easy bus ride into Chania and the staff were really helpful in organising any excursions.

Our stay at Mythos Palace Resort was delightful. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive, especially Andreas at the bar and Arystea at guest services. They ensured we were well cared for throughout our visit. The evening entertainment was fantastic, featuring acts like La Divas and Cuba Fun, along with a fun mini disco. Despite some unpredictable morning sun, the resort offered plenty of activities, including a spa, massage services, and both indoor and outdoor pools. Our spacious room included a private pool. The bar and restaurant provided diverse cuisine with themed dinners such as BBQ, seafood, Greek, and Mexican.
