Severe health and hygiene issues - confirmed bedbugs. We experienced a severe hygiene issue during our stay at this property. Within the first 48 hours, my husband began developing severe bite marks. We notified the front desk immediately to request a deep clean and fresh bedding, but the issue was dismissed as local outdoor bug bites. Despite thoroughly checking the room initially and finding nothing, we later discovered a dead bedbug under the covers. We have photographic documentation of both the insect and the daily bite patterns. Other guests have noted similar experiences in past reviews. Travelers should exercise caution when booking this location.

Best staff ever!!! Great location. Good breakfast. Had view of acropolis from room balcony. Clean room and spacious room. Quiet hotel.

Excellent. Superb. All of the other adjectives you could use to describe a stay. The service was absolutely tremendous. It is literally in a perfect location to see the major sites and right near a bunch of restaurants. The man at the front desk was EXTREMELY helpful. Amazing. One tiny thing...I do not know if it was the walls or the way that the rooms were designed, but I could definitely hear the people next to me, and they did not seem to be talking too loudly.

The Hotel was great! Centrally located for shopping and dining and most importantly close to the Parthenon. The staff was very friendly and provided excellent recommendations for brunch and dinner. The views of the Acropolis from the rooftop restaurant were amazing. We would definitely stay again! Avery provided excellent service on the rooftop restaurant. And the Reception attendants were very friendly and helpful.

Excellent boutique hotel. Excellent location. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. Tasos is the name of the bell boy who was not only taken care of my any questions regarding the amenities, but also was taken care of the pool and kept it pristine.
