The room was big. However when i went out in the day time and came back to the hotel in the night at around 9pm, noticed that the housekeeping was not carried out. Rubbish were still left in the room and towels were not replaced.

Nice hotel in a great area. Rooms are clean and functional and hotel located along a scenic canal/river. Shops close-by and within 15minute walk to Feng Chia Night Market. Check-in/out easy with helpful staff to help.

The breakfast was delicious and the hotel was located right in the middle of the city.

The staff are friendly and helpful. I especially want to point out that the cleaning team is extremely professional, friendly, and attentive. The rooms on the 7th floor are nicer and appear to be better maintained. My friend’s room on the 5th floor, however, looked more dated and worn, especially the bathroom. The wall in the room was peeling in some areas, which made the room feel less well-maintained.
