Small improvements needed

The bed sheets were loud and crisp. Resturant staff pushed out of the elevator before the guests. Buffet selection was simple. Pool was very small and cramped. The bar staff did not give drinking glasses for a bottle of 750ml water. No issues in the room itself.

Not enough lifts and it’s a little too out of the way unless you are attending the convention centre. Staff were all amazing however and the room was small but nice. I would say good value for what you pay as well would definitely come back.

Close walking distance to DFO and South Wharf dining precinct. Crown casino complex close also. Hotel room was excellent, very comfortable. Staff are amazing and the breakfast buffet is great. Highly recommend staying here.

Staying on weekend with family

The hotel is quite nice with small swimming pool which is ok but more like an apartment design. Location is good and room view is fabulous and size is ok. But the hotel has serious issue with cleanliness. The carpets are full of dust. My bed and blanket as well as the curtains are very dusty. My body felt so itchy after sleeping overnight. The staff wasnot really welcome you and have kind of attitude that is not marriot standard for sure.

The location is the only redeeming feature for this property. I found the infinity pool really dirty, they need to clean the soap scum off the glass, it's also really small pool for the property size and no where to sit at the pool area or at breakfast. They had limited service stafff at breakfast and had to clean own table and remove dirty dishes in order to get a place to sit. I asked the wait staff where I coule get cleaner for the table and she told me to go the lobby staff and the lobby staff said they dint have any so had no choice but to eat our breakfast at a dirty table. Also the lifts take forever to go up and down, really really slow. They had 1 coffee machine for all their guests so big queues for coffee and it was yuck anyways. Breakfast wasnt worth it, limited options. Rooms are really small. So all in all wayyyy overpriced for what you get, I wont be coming back.

Quite new and good condition hotel

오픈한지 얼마 안된 호텔이라 깨끗하고 시설도 좋았어요. 가장 더웠던 시간엔 사람들이 많아 수영장 이용이 어려웠지만 넉넉한 운영시간으로 늦은시간엔 여유롭게 즐길 수 있었어요. 아울렛(DFO)과 South Melbourne Market까지 걸어서 이동이 용이했어요!
