The service between the staff felt inconsistent. On check in the man that checked us in was lovely and let us know what was included in our package. When we went to utilise our package we felt weird as none if the staff seemed to know what we were talking about (eg: welcome champagne, room credit & parking).

Good location as you can walk everywhere you want to go to. The staff are exceptional friendly and always pleasant. Always get a great night's sleep as it's away from noise of Melbourne CBD. Great food places within 20 minute walk so you can walk of the desert. Extremely clean also.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were simple, comfortable and clean. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection was wide, fresh and tasty. Only downsides would be parking is not under cover and a two min walk away, shops and restaurants around 7 min walk away.
