Close walking distance to DFO and South Wharf dining precinct. Crown casino complex close also. Hotel room was excellent, very comfortable. Staff are amazing and the breakfast buffet is great. Highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is quite nice with small swimming pool which is ok but more like an apartment design. Location is good and room view is fabulous and size is ok. But the hotel has serious issue with cleanliness. The carpets are full of dust. My bed and blanket as well as the curtains are very dusty. My body felt so itchy after sleeping overnight. The staff wasnot really welcome you and have kind of attitude that is not marriot standard for sure.

The location is the only redeeming feature for this property. I found the infinity pool really dirty, they need to clean the soap scum off the glass, it's also really small pool for the property size and no where to sit at the pool area or at breakfast. They had limited service stafff at breakfast and had to clean own table and remove dirty dishes in order to get a place to sit. I asked the wait staff where I coule get cleaner for the table and she told me to go the lobby staff and the lobby staff said they dint have any so had no choice but to eat our breakfast at a dirty table. Also the lifts take forever to go up and down, really really slow. They had 1 coffee machine for all their guests so big queues for coffee and it was yuck anyways. Breakfast wasnt worth it, limited options. Rooms are really small. So all in all wayyyy overpriced for what you get, I wont be coming back.

Quite new and good condition hotel
오픈한지 얼마 안된 호텔이라 깨끗하고 시설도 좋았어요. 가장 더웠던 시간엔 사람들이 많아 수영장 이용이 어려웠지만 넉넉한 운영시간으로 늦은시간엔 여유롭게 즐길 수 있었어요. 아울렛(DFO)과 South Melbourne Market까지 걸어서 이동이 용이했어요!

We had a fantastic experience staying at AC Hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. Breakfast was simple yet delicious. Great to have an outdoor pool however, the area was small and almost completely covered hence it got a little cooler up there.

There’s no parking at this property at all, you have to park at DFO and walk a kilometre. The elevators are the worst I’ve ever seen, be prepared to wait 10 minutes every time you need to go out. Rooms are tiny and very cheaply built for the price you’re paying, grout and silicon in the shower is mouldy. Also the swimming pool looked much bigger and better on the photos, idk it’s an interesting place it’s not bad but definitely not worth the money.

Loved that the property was dog friendly. We were able to take our Groodle with us to family Christmas in Melbourne, which was fantastic. The hotel is 4.5 star and brand new, with loverly super king beds, and the staff were wonderful.

We had a great stay at MC Marriott. I stayed with my husband, 15 year old son and 17 year old dog. The staff were fabulous. We had breakfast included in our deal. It was delicious and plentiful. You can order eggs as you like them and lots of options of cereals, fruit, toast croissants etc. The room was clean and comfortable and the pool was fabulous. It’s not huge but the view of the city is amazing and unlike anything we’ve seen from a pool before. The immediate area around the hotel isn’t great but a short 10 min walk brings you to DFO and South Wharf restaurants which has a great vibe and lots of dogfriendly eating options. We went to The Boatbuilders Yard. Reception is on level 7 and parking is off site. All very easy despite what others have written. The price of our overnight stay was excellent and much less than staying in the heart of the city. A great city gateway.
