I didn't like the unexpected requirement to deposit 50 dollars on checking in. This is low class and embarrassing for them. If I use anything from the minibar or whatever, then bill my credit card. The Standard bedroom room was very nice and was like a mini apartment with all the mod cons. The bed most definitely is not a King bed, so they need to fix that description. The noise from the air ducts over night was loud in my room. Service was nice, surrounds were nice. Thank you.

Slightly disappointing

The room, check in service and car park were excellent. Loved the location and ease of catching trams into city centre. The only disappointment was that I had to chase up 4 days after stay to get my holding credit returned released back into my accounts. Not good service in this area.Every where else this is automatic upon key return and checkout.

Pentridge perfection!

Highly recommend a stay at Adina Pentridge. What a fabulous precinct with many cafes and eateries. The wine bar and restaurant was amazing. Good, new, clean hotel. I would definitely stay again.

Disspointed in accusation

Had a hot shower for about 30 min which created alot of stem as i enjoy hotter than usual shower with ne t to no cold and when i opened bathroom door the smoke alarm went off becoz of the stem. I dont smoke. The staff came down to inspect i told them what happened and now they accused me off coveri g the alarm n smoking becoz they didnt believe me mind u i had a 4 yr old with me yet they told me i couldnt stay any longer and took my deposit, banned both me n my partner who has stayed there on weekly basist and knew quite well and knew he didnt smoke either. Very disapointed
