I didn’t receive the bottle of wine, but the worst part was when I was going to go to bed the bed was full of stains. The reception just said sorry and send someone to change the sheets but it took them almost 1hs from the moment I call to the moment the bed sheets were changed. Attached the pictures from when they were changing them.

Overnight stay

Went for a city overnight stay. Had a swim just after arrival the po area was clean and tidy. Room was spacious and clean. Stayed nice and dark in the morning for a sleep in. Pillows a little soft for me

Nice, but need to be clearer about bedding.

Need better communication about bedding. I thought twin beds would be 2 doubles. it was 2 singles. Not the most comfortable unfortunately.
