Staff are so friendly, on premises parking no extra, not to far from the city or Queen Victoria market. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Good mtelfor its age. Ive stayed here many times over the past 8 years

Good customer service! I checked in and out with no hassle, even when I arrived the hotel earlier, they still let me check-in the room due to it was raining at the time. The included breakfast was a bit disappointed as only a slice of bread and a pack of cornflake to be eaten inside the room. Anyway, the room was clean even if this hotel is a bit old. ompared to the cost, perday, I would recommend the Arden hotel to anyone who prefer to live in low budget accomodation.

In its day, this would have been a four star hotel. It has aged since then and the expectations of some might fall short as its a bit shabby. But, when you analyse it, the room was quiet, the shower was powerful and so was the wifi. Parking was convenient and the QV market is nearby. The trade-off for its age is that the pricing was competitive, so the bottom line is that it was fine for our 2 night stay. I wouldn't honeymoon here, but if you need a bed in N Melbourne at a reasonable cost...... it's fine.

The reason for 4 stars is a carpet square was lifting up my wife came close to falling over I fixed the problem as old timber floor was multi layered and caused carpet tile to lift it was 1 minute fix toilet light not working not a bad stay the little things need more attention

We enjoyed our stay at Arden Motel. The room had everything we needed—clean sheets, warm shower, daily housekeeping, microwave, refrigerator, coffee, tea, juice, toast, cereal, milk. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Free parking was a plus. Located in Central Business District in Melbourne.

Old motel with appliances that did not function that well. Extremely high water pressure and dripping tap. High pressure hot water potentially dangerous. Generous free breakfast!

Very short walk to hospitals, very quiet motel, staff are friendly and free breakfast is a bonus as you dont have to leave the motel early to find somewhere.
