Great location right beside the RCH, can park the car in the hospital car park for a discounted rate. Rooms were lovely and clean. Reception staff very helpful and breakfast was delicious

Perfect location for appointments in the RCH. Can park in the hospital car park for a discounted rate, rooms are clean, reception staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was at the cafe in front of the hotel and was really nice. Couldn't fault our stay

I love the park view rooms which give a very attractive outlook over sweeping parkland. I always find the rooms quiet and clean. I like that there is a desk at which I can work. The adjoining cafe provides consistently good breakfasts. The hotel is conveniently located on the city fringe with a tram stop virtually on the doorstep.

I loved how close and convenient it was to the hospital. Also very quiet considering the area..the only issue for me and it is probably because I am older and don't stay in motels very often , nobody explained the whole tap your card to work the elevator situation.. I felt like a bit of a goose pushing buttons and not going anywhere.. but all in all it was a very comfortable, pleasant stay.. I highly recommend....

After a long 2 days, travelling via Air Ambulance and attending our son’s Pre Admission at RCH Olivia on the front desk really made our overnight stay at Larwill. She was kind, thoughtful and helped our tricky logistics with empathy and care. We always love staying at the Larwill, the beds are so comfortable and the rooms clean well appointed and quiet, but and this experience reminded me why we keep coming back. Thank you Olivia we really appreciated it ✨🌷🙏

It was next to the tram so very good. It was quiet and had a grocery store close by. The zoo was also very close. The only down side was the shower - it was two o ches higher than the floor and very slippery. No rubber mats available

Very handy to family, access to park and trams to city. There should be more information in rooms regarding the food store, chemist and takeaways on ground floor. We did not realise they were there until our third day. It would have saved us the 15 minute walk to Woolworths.

An excellent start for our Christmas holidays. Fabulous reception staff (Marge, thank you very much!) Good location - close to a tram stop, Melbourne Zoo and not too far from the city centre. A supermarket and 3 restaurants in the same building on the ground floor. Quiet rooms - we did not hear any noise.
