Favorite hotel
We always stay at the Larwill when visiting our daughter in Melbourne. I love the park view and easy access for morning and afternoon walks. I love the yoga mat in the cupboard and the spacious room and super comfy bed.

Our stay at the Larwill Studio was great! Room was nice and cosy with beautiful arts everywhere. We had a walk in the park which is just behind the hotel and the location is still close to the city. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

For a modern facility there are a couple of things missing. 1/ There are no openable windows in the room, requiring the vent system to run continuously. 2/ Despite having a high end LG TV there are no network services such as Netflix of Apple. Location worked for me with a park adjacent to the hotel, “lite” cafe facilities within the complex (including a Supermarket) good access to trams that take you into the CBD.

All I want when I travel is a safe, clean, quiet room. Our room was all of these, I love the feeling that you are the only ones around. Super comfy bed, handy transport, close to the city. My only gripes would be is the room service delivery is $5 and it arrives in cardboard boxes. By the time you’ve transferred it to a half size plate, it’s cold. I would definitely stay here again next time in Melbourne.
