There was no parking available and if it was the car could not be moved once parked. The area does not have adequate parking upon arrival told car park is full find something yourself. Poor service hotel is tired and noisy as room was next to a sports field and residential apartments

Property was great. We stayed new years and the hotel was full and an elevator was down and couldnt be repaired due to no fault of the hotel. The staff did the very best they could and even though the hotel was overwhelmed we still managed to get checked in early and a late check out. Loved the lolly station in the lobby and the balcony on the room. Gorgeous hotel.

A modest 4* hotel at best. One lift out of order for the duration of a 3 day stay, often 10-15 min wait for a lift to the ground floor/ stairs not readily accessible. Room was old, tired and did not reflect a ‘one bedroom deluxe suite.’ Staff were friendly and helpful.

I attended the Olsen on the day of my booking and provided my ID at reception. The person working mentioned there was no booking under my name and that there were no rooms available. I called the following day after reviewing my booking to see if a mistake had been made on my end and the girl I spoke to said that she had found the booking and would arrange a refund to be processed. She said she would call back the following day with an update after speaking to the manager. No one had contacted me and I followed up one week later and the next person I spoke to said there was nothing they could do. She said that I would have to contact Expedia directly to arrange a refund. I was disappointed as I had fully paid for the booking and it was due to their mistake that I was left without a room for the day and they seemed unwilling to assist when I followed up.

Fabulous stay. Great service at reception, easy parking. Difficult to reach by phone, difficult to connect to housekeeping and room service via phone. Having said that reception did eventually call me back. I would stay at the Olsen again. Great location.
