Friendly staff on check in, room was spotlessly clean and comfortable for my overnight stay. Nice continental breakfast available at a very reasonable rate. Hotel is located at top end of Spencer street but very easy access to the free city loop tram, Marvel Stadium and the main shopping areas.

Only one hook in bathroom for towel but we had two towels as there were two of us. Only one rubbish bin, need another by desk. Single soap/shampoo/conditioner outdated and clumsy. Need dispensers. No face flannel.

I had a fairly comfortable stay for 3 nights. The bed was comfy and the room was a good size, and cleaned every day. But on my first day, I was given one torn towel and one dirty towel. The location of the hotel was perfect for skybus to/from airport and for all key sites and transport within CBD.

Was a pleasant surprise. Walking distance to Spencer Street station and with ready access to the free CBD trams. Great location albeit in a bit of a seedy part of time (Police HQ across road means a lot of undesirables in the area). Very clean and quiet room and pool/sauna was a relief after long days around town.
