Odd smell when we first walked into the room. Phone didn’t work. There were the last visitors key cards left in the room. Bed and pillows not very comfortable. Both need to be firmer or replaced. Couldn’t find the iron. Other than that bathroom was clean and bright.

Located 30 min from the cruise port, was great for our stay without breaking the bank. The room was cozy yet perfect for our 1 night stay. Everything was clean. The continental breakfast was also good.

Modern decor and feel. Very nice room overlooking the neighboring zoo. The breakfast area was nice with lots of seating options. The selections were okay. Not as plentiful as the Hampton we stayed at later in the trip.

Well the room was suppose too have a tub and it did not I got the room from you because it said a king with a tub so I call down and they said they sold out the ones with a tub and i said i was suppose to have a tub.the room was HOTdid not sleep well because of that and the door too the bathroom was so hard too open too get there due too the door was so tight too the floor.but over all that was my first time in one and our last...the AC said thermostat does not work us where ac is no would not go up..

After a terrible shooting in Orlando we didn't feel safe there. We felt like our vacation was stripped from us. We decided to go an hour South to get away from the craziness in Orlando. We found this hotel and booked. Hotel manager and staff were so kind and welcoming to us. The place was quiet, clean, and exactly what we needed after what we went through in Orlando. Thank you for being so kind to us!

Staff were all great. Hotel was clean with good facilities - I particularly liked 24/7 bean to cup coffee, it’s a nice touch. Breakfast is more than adequate. Walmart is walking distance. We’ve stayed here before and would definitely stay here again.
