The townhouse was spacious and clean, well positioned for our needs (lots of driving to various stadiums for basketball). The host, Wayne, was very friendly and knowledgeable. Plenty of amenities to make our 4 night stay very comfortable (the children loved the hot chocolate and tv channels!).
Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Coat hangers and cupboards for unpacking our suitcases helped us to feel settled in.

We had the front villa for 3 persons ..
The property was clean, meet our needs in most areas except for the traffic noise for the 3 rd person sleeping in single bed in the lounge
At times he said it was almost unbearable and didn’t get much sleep at all
Reception were fantastic to accommodate me with late check out, bag minding and even borrowing an umbrella for a few hours when I have a memorial service to attend nearby on a rainy day.
Lovely staff, the rooms are very comfortable and everything you’d need, easy parking and only a 5 minute drive to the plaza for coles etc. only downfall is that it’s on Sydney road and can be quite loud with traffic (people use this road as a racetrack) but other than that, cannot fault this property.
2nd time staying at the Fawkner Executive Suites & Serviced Apartments, always clean and tidy, very spacious and location its easily accessible.
