Location was great .Cleaning was missed once and not vacuumed on other occasion but very nice comfortable beds and nice bathroom.No microwave or cerealbowls in the room which are usuall standard

Such a great base for getting out and about in Melbourne, such a diversity of eating and imbibing options too. Big shout out to Mason at checkout who went above and beyond to sort my transport to the airport - the hotel shuttle to airport was in a plush van and at a great set rate. Can’t wait to go back’

The room was very clean and modern, with a comfortable bed and great bathroom. However, there were no extra duvets in the room and we felt cold at night as we didn't want to sleep with the air conditioner on at night.

Great room. Lovely reception staff. Deserves the 4 Star rating. However, what lets the hotel done is the housekeeping. Deserves 3 Star rating. The beds were remade with no real care. Pillows left messy. Tucked in badly. Forgotten toilet paper and then when requested, just left on bench. Clean towels left on ironing board in room instead of bathroom. No refilling of toiletries. One little soap for a five day stay. No real cleaning of room. Just the little things that make it a 4STAR Hotel.

The plumbing of the building is quite bad. Terrible noises whenever water runs in any other room in the vicinity. Alrhough faily cleaning, shower is mouldy and hair from other customers prior to our visit remained visible.
