Pretty mediocre to be honest - housekeeping was very inconsistent with rubbish never removed unless I put it outside the door. Air conditioning is pretty much nonexistent so you’d better hope it’s not hot when you’re staying. Staff are lovely but the place feels tired. On the upside the location is great.

Excellent facilities in the room really nice perfume with the products shampoo conditioner, body wash excellent really large bed too matches together made a very large king. Really great spacious lobby where you can charge your phone and they allow you to store your luggage for the day even after checkout. Extremely friendly staff a little bit noisy on Saturday night but you’d expect that in the middle of the CBD would definitely stay again

Have stayed in many Melbourne hotels over the years and only just discovered Causeway 365 hotel. Not a high end establishment but good bed and friendly staff. The big plus is the location in a boutique lane way right in the centre of Melbourne CBD. Easy access to all attractions. I’ll be back.

4 night stay. In CBD . Close to many food options. Close to train station and trams. Very walkable. Room spacious. Bed comfortable. Bathroom had shower in bath wwhich is getting harder but next time will ask for walk in shower. Staff very helpful. Clean. TV one that u can chromecast too, which is annoying but eventually found normal tv channels. Would definitely stay again.

I do not understand the $100 payment to my card considering I had already paid in advance. They advised me this will disappear on my card within 7 to 9 business days but to me it is not good business to be doing this to any client that have pre paid.... What if the charge does not disappear then I am the one that has to chase it up and responsible for. Not good treatment of clients who pay upfront
