This little unit has everything I needed.--Fridge, stove,Microwave, cutlery etc. It was ideal for me as it is so close to Royal Melbourne Hospital where I needed to be urgently. Trams nearby if needed. Staff very helpful and efficient. Great value for money.

Absolutely brilliant customer service, the girls on reception were so lovely and helpful. Room was small but perfect for a quick one night stay and was very clean. Extremely happy with our stay.

Reception staff are wonderful to deal with. Very friendly. The cleanliness is way below par. Old soap under the bed and bathroom wasn’t very good either. Especially around the toilet seat, needs taking off and be cleaned properly. Just wiping things down wouldn’t hurt either. Made me wonder what are they paying the housekeepers to do?

Very convenient for our appointment at Peter Mac. The hotel was well presented clean and included all that is required for overnight stay. Our only issue was entry as it was a public holiday and reception closed early. There was little instruction outside and the phone call was tedious.

My stay was directed by my having to stay over in Melbourne ON. I looked for a reasonably priced Motel near the Royal Melbourne Hospital and chose the one I booked. The place needed a lot of TLC as there were cracked tiles , chipped bench and very small bathroom for one well over 6ft. Room comfortable enough, TV good, fridge coffee machine (only 2 capsules was a bit poor), milk I found finally after going to the local Woolies and bought real milk for my coffee. For a one night stay over it was adequate.

Perfect hospital precinct stay
Fantastic location to access hospital precinct , staff go above and beyond to ensure your comfort, Zafreen a personal thank you, rooms have everything you need for an independent stay and Woolworths is nearby. Secure car park available 300m away. Highly recommend if needing accommodation close to the hospital precinct.

This property was great for what l needed, public transport outside the door, woolworths nearby. Staff were excellent. Only negative is the hot water wasn't very hot.
