Property was clean except had an odd smell about it. The property was just missing some final details. We had booked for 6 but was only given 4 towels, and the amount of coffee and sugar was only enough for 1 day, and there was none of those mini milks in the fridge. Otherwise the location was good, but seemed to be a few unsavory people hanging around.

I was pleasantly surprised with my room. It was clean, had kitchen ware and utensils. Washing machine and a drying rack were welcome., Toaster also available.It is a small space, but we only needed somewhere to sleep,and shower. The only negative comment is the sofa bed was very uncomfortable, but it won't stop me from staying here again. I loved the location, couple of minutes walk from tram, it was very easy to find.close to markets, very close to Melb central shopping centre, various eating places nearby. I will definitely be staying here again, it's my new Melb go to! A big thankyou to Nishtha for a nice welcome, and quick check in .

Staff knew l was semi disabled, using a walker. They failed to inform me that there was a step in the unit. Yes l was helped to the unit but the unit was totally dark, blinds down and no lights on. Result l literally “walked” the walker off the step, badly twisting & spraining my right foot. Staff agreed on Wednesday that they would come at 10:30am Sunday to help me get bag down stairs - no show. When l went to reception, no one visible in area. Also l had do not disturb sign, yet Friday came back to the window wide open, l had medical equipment and S8 drugs in the room. The charger for my live life alarm ($20) missing.

1) shower screen door not fitted / sealed properly thus water escaped onto tile floor creating hazard. evidence of prior water damage to bathroom door and adjoining hallway carpet...question presence of mould 2) general appearance of room not good..damaged drawers etc 3) on arrival front desk staff member completely disinterested , hardly spoke, not very helpful

Good location close to Queen Victoria Market and tram stops. Smallish studio apartment with kitchenette and balcony. Some superficial marks on walls etc. Not a bad place for a short stay in Melbourne

We booked a room with two double beds through Expedia but got a room with one double bed only which we had to take as no other alternative was available. We were offered to cancel and look for other hotels but had booked this hotel prior to Christmas so we’re expecting to get what was booked as it was close to Queen Victoria Market. Not an enjoyable experience.

Staff were polite and courteous. Location was great and apartment was clean. There could be clearer signage on where to check in - check in was in a side Office labeled City Edge apartments rather than Comfort apartments which caused some confusion.

Was good to find a place with late bookings and the area is nice but the accommodation is a bit run down and need some attention, the staff needed some deodorant as it left a bad image on arrival. All and all served it’s purpose

Really poor communication. Was closed on arrival and had to call a reception member to let us in. When trying to pay for our parking their eftpos machine wouldn’t work and paid cash however they were unhappy that I didn’t have exact change. Very poor attitude about the whole situation and I felt as though the whole experience was handled poorly. Only 1 key for 4 people. No one at reception on check out so we just left the key in the room. Was cheap and did the job for the purpose of the booking however will probably not be staying again.
