Was only there for one night but it was quiet and I slept good. The only thing that took me by surprise was the $100 deposit and $15 pet deposit. I wasn't prepared for that and you should include it in the reservation. That way it's done. My apologies to the deask clerk as I was short with her and shouldn't have been. I was tired but that's no excuse. Other than that, my stay was fine.

"We have stayed here every year, and it was always fine until this time. It seems like there's new management now. Unfortunately, the experience was not as expected. The TV remote wasn’t working, the room was not clean, and there was no hot water in the shower—the water was only lukewarm. We are elderly, we were freezing while showering. We called the front desk, and someone came the next morning to inspect it, but the issue was not resolved. We will not come back!

The property location was not terrible, we had to cancel our stay(why I always get the insurance) due to both rooms we reserved having a bug infestation!!! The rooms were in different areas with the same issue. They staff was sympathetic and canceled our stay without issue. This is a first for us.

We actually stayed at this motel twice over the course of our trip. It was affordable and clean. Not the fanciest place to stay, but it met our needs. Even though there are no elevators, I preferred the night we stayed on the second floor, as it was quieter, but as it’s an old building, you do hear your neighbors.

Excellent option for economy stay with no frills

I definitely enjoyed my stay here. I definitely got the value of the price I paid. Is it a stellar property? No. Is it new an updated? Some of it is but mostly no. Is it clean and comfortable? Absolutely. I think my biggest disappointment there was the poor quality of the Continental breakfast. It really was carbolicious. A lot of quick grab and go high sugar and preservative muffins which I have a particular diet that that does not lend itself well to. The laundry facility definitely needs updating. There are not enough machines and the ones that are there are Rusty and rickety. I also think that the rooms could be updated a bit better in terms of security. But generally the property was nice and I liked it.

Worst hotel experience ever gave me room with broken toilet later had to change rooms then workers that were doing something with the stairs couldnt rest and final day people kicking us out 10 minutes before time of check out… I am a traveling nurse would not recommend this to anyone not worth the price at all!!! horrible experience

Pretty run down property. I also believe housekeeping stole a firestick I had with me and when they came in to collect towels on my first day there. Management claimed to check lost and found, like that was somehow going to turn up something, then defended their head of housekeeping. When they said they spoke with them, their response was that they didn't know what a firestick is. Again, I'm not exactly sure what else they thought someone being excused of stealing from a guest's room to say. After 2 days in that room, the cold water stopped working altogether, a dribble out of the sink and literally the toilet couldn't refill itself to flush. They moved me a few rooms down where the exterior door was obviously damaged, it had to be slammed several times in order for the door to latch at all and had obvious damage to the frame where someone has forcibly broken into that room. But... this room had water working. After the theft incident I just took all my belongings with me everyday as it was obvious you could not trust anyone on this property.

The motel is very sketchy. People were talking outside and smoking all night long. It is an old woren down motel. Our mattress was completely broken. The cleanliness was very questionable.
