The good; Checking in was a breeze with the kiosk. It was only 1/4 of a mile from 95. The shower in the room was surprising good for a hotel room. Good pressure and you could actually rinse the shampoo out of your hair. The bad: The toilet seat was loose and moved every time you sat on it. The pillows were the worst ever, just a bunch of random foam pieces. Both of us had sore necks and a headache when we left. The bed was hard as a rock and very uncomfortable.

Room wasn't clean, floor dirty and sticky. The shower had hair all over and we had loud ppl outside our room pretty late. Overall it just wasn't ideal. And, the tv remote is pretty horrible. You can't access streaming apps???

Room can do better in cleaning, I wiped the desk ,TV cabinet top and sink countertop, it came out dirty. The drinking water bottle in the lobby was empty and I asked the staff to replace the bottle , she said had to wait until the next morning, the thermal water pot was empty too, hate to go outside to get water as it’s dark and late. All these supplies such as drinking water, should be checked periodically to make sure is available to customers. The virtual check in/out is too loud in the lobby. Everyone noticed.

Floor lamp is not working in the room. Virtual check in/out at the lobby was too loud, the entire lobby could hear Drinking Water ran out, front desk said can’t be replaced until next morning. Should have checked it before staff left for the day.
