Fantastic location, next to The Glen shopping centre and nearby to rail station and eateries. Downside is that I couldn't leave luggage there securely before check-in(note: I knew this before I booked)

Nice apartment however it was not cleaned properly. Toilet, vaccum cleaner and some cups were left dirty. However when spoken it was done properly. Had to pay extra for the car park

Convenient place to stay on the east side of Melbourne, 5 min drive from the freeway. Plenty of options for dining or cook your own in the apartment. Next to The Glen shopping centre & also close to the train station

The location is great. Lots of dining options within 2 blocks. Areas for improvement include: really dirty sofa (badly needed cleaning), no coffee cups or mugs, and check in staff only available some of the day which is problemic if you want to leave bags at reception.

The only good thing about this property was the location definitely a bonus. You really need to pay for your parking as you will never get any on street parking. $10.00 per day is very reasonable & secure spot too. Unfortunately this property is falsely advertised as a 4 star. It's VERY DIRTY!!! THE BATHROOM WAS GROSS & THE RUG HAD HAIR & STAINS ON IT LET ALONE THE BED LINEN. Apartment is advertised as serviced, that is untrue we had to ask to get it cleaned & when they did come they rocked up at 5.30 in the afternoon for 15 minutes only as a quick surface clean. Reception is never manned & no one available after 6pm. Internet never worked either & when I questioned them they told me they has too many people on at the same time. I will never stay here again!!!

The apartments are ideally situated in prime area and easy access to both the SE Suburbs of Melbourne and CBD. Glen Waverley has a vast array of food outlets and you will never go hungry and as well as shops just across the road. Great property and one that I will stay at again. The downside to the property is that there is no reception desk and getting in to check in can be a little difficult if you are a business traveller as you need to ring and make sure someone is there for your arrival and it needs to be before 5pm. Staff are lovely and accomodating. The parking outside the property is fraught with the risk of a fine as council inspectors are constantly checking vehicles so when checking in, it is best you park in the shopping centre or Dan Murphys and walk across to hotel.
