The price was great value for this location, the room was very clean. the queen bed had excellent pillows, sheets etc, and the breakfast pricing was unbelievably cheap.

Service is a 4, lovely people and very helpful staff. Room was a 3, carpet was quite dirty along the wall edges and there is no water tap except for the bathroom to gather drinking water. TV also froze and remote wouldn’t work.

A good stay for the price. However, we had someone trying to follow us to our room or even the restaurant inside the building, which was unsafe. And the staff mentionned that those people are like that and they are in the lobby everyday. However, the staff was good and they escorted us safely.

A good place to stay, near transport to move on the free tram zone and to the airport. A bit noisy because of the old A/C and bath ventilator. However is near a few museums and the Yarra river to enjoy the views.
