The hotel offers a big breakfast buffet, but more on quantity than quality. It's very convenient because there are many small, reasonable dining options within walking distance. Only a 2-minute walk to the train station. Would stay here again. You just need a bit of patience with the elevator as it takes a while due to the large number of guests who stay here.

Location handy to transport n restaurant. Luggage storage area needs to be improved as guest has to take the luggage n store in the room n retrieve themselves..( I find it not safe as they may take other people luggage as staff didn’t really double check , guest just get given the tags)

The property is clean, quiet and has a great views of Melbourne CBD skyscrapers from our room, super convenient location closer to southern cross station prime location, the breakfast was very nice, I know few hotels provide breakfast just name sake , but holiday inn provides super big breakfast, I was super impressed , thanks to their hospitality, I will recommend this hotel for my friends and families ..👍

Overall it was a good experience. The hotel is located in a convenient location right by public transport and plenty of shopping/food outlets. The breakfast is also nice, a good mix of hot and cold choices. The only downside is that the room was dirty with already used mugs/cups and dirty bedding (makeup on my pillow before use) which made us uncomfortable. We probably wouldn't stay here again for that reason though if that doesn't bother you then it's a good stay for the price.

A truly wonderful stay. Great location. Beautiful room with a magnificent view of the surrounding buildings. The only room offered on the special deal through Expedia was an accessible room & for us we sure did appreciate the extra space that the room afforded. The included breakfast was more than adequate.
