First time we have stayed here. Great location and very quick walk to the city. Nice breakfast and car parking was cheap. Staff are super helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay here next time we are in Melbourne.

Arrived late , staff extorted 'security deposit ' before allowing me to check in to my room, which o had booked and paid for . I was informed that his would be left at check out, (last Thursday morning,10/7, , as of one week later this extorted fee still sits as pending in my account, Never will stay at a Holiday inn motel again 👎

The room is clean and tidy. Location is very accessible to trams and train and lots of restaurant surrounding area. I requested for a different pillow because too soft and has smell. But didnt change as requested. Overall stay is awesome. Free breakfast is ❤️
