I would say you get what you pay for….but for 145/night, I at least expected some form of cleanliness. Staff was polite and great. But clearly this is under new management and they are still figuring it out. Needs to be cleaned and updated

It was okay.

Subpar stay. The staff was friendly. However the tv didn’t work beyond certain channels. There were not any clean towels at the pool deck in the four times we visited on our 3 day stay. The phone did not work to call down to front desk. And the a/c unit was wacky. Didn’t go in to the 60°s; 59° straight to 70°, and touching it must’ve kicked the heat on or shut it off. Resulting in a sweaty, restless night. The air didn’t cold again until the next morning, despite turning it back down that same night. Friendly staff, and very clean hotel though.

We stayed at this Holiday Inn for one night, and overall it was a decent place to stay. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Rachel at the front desk was especially helpful and attentive, and she was so kind with our special needs son, which meant a lot to us. The hotel itself is a bit older, and the rooms could use some updating and a deeper clean, but it was still comfortable for our short stay. The breakfast in the morning was included and very decent for what you get, which was a nice perk. We would stay here again if we are in the area.

NOT OK!

The hotel should shut down and fix their issues. Hallways are all hot. Room had black colored mold growing on the head board wall seam, and growing out from the seam a foot onto the ceiling. Our entire team left the hotel but not without a major argument. I would call the hotel needing to be condemned. Hotels.com could not refund my money unless the hotel allowed us to cancel, even though our entire team left. I was not up for that fight at 10pm after playing ball all day. The receptionist knew things were less than ideal, and she gave me three keys to try different rooms/floors! The fifth floor was the worst. Third floor was no better, smelled of mold. We landed on the fourth floor. But the rooms are to old, carpet was disgusting. Please get this hotel fixed before taking peoples money!
