Didn’t get handicapped room that I reserved and they were booked up. Needed a rollin shower and bed for my disabled bed and got a fold out couch and bath tub. Very disappointed!!! When I pay in full a month prior to our stay and have special needs the place we book with should make sure you deliver. We went with this hotel because of availability in the area.

When we stay in a hotel, we just want 2 things...a clean room and a comfortable bed. The room was clean but the matress felt like it was 25 years old. I could feel springs in my back and we sunk to the middle. Not a great night of sleep.

This place is very walkable and close to all St Augustine has to offer. A/C window unit made an awful freight train noise for about 15 minutes when turned on. It was on the heat setting at the time. There was no shampoo in the shampoo holder. The room was clean and a good size.

Hotel was very run down. Our breaker for the heat/air kept going out and the staff wouldn’t do anything for us. They said I could come get a blanket (this was at 12:30 am). We had no hair dryer or wash cloths. Big disappointment- do not recommend.

Friendly staff, excellent lobby and breakfast. The room was clean, but we did have problems with sugar ants in the sink (when we arrived before any food was present) Also the refrigerator was cold when we got there, but apparently stopped working sometime during the night as it was not cold in the morning, and neither were our drinks. Minor inconveniences, but overall a decent stay

The hotel is under renovation, which was never noted in the information about it on Expedia. The hallways smell musty probably due to exposed baseboards. The bedsheets were stained with nail polish and housekeeping didn’t make up the room during our stay.
