More to be desired
We arrived after a very long 24 hour travel day. We had no way to contact the hotel about request for pickup. A short “5minute walk” as indicated in a welcome email prior to our arrival was not clearly described. It was instead 30 minutes of walking unsure of correct path due to construction surrounding the airport.
We arrived to the hotel which had no electricity and no explanation as to why or what would happen next. Did not receive any information until we asked what was happening. I began looking for alternate places to stay while we waited for clarification.
Started our stay on a very poor start.
Once power was restored, service was restored.
Because of service we received the next morning at checkout, and the good breakfast service , I give the score for service barely passing.
Better communication is needed.
You don’t know the story of the people coming through the business doors. But hotels are about customer service..
We hit your location on an off day. Hopefully this isn’t the norm.
