Enjoyed our stay, impressed with our room. A lot of water on the floor from the shower as the glass screen didn’t seem to be wide enough. Pillows were too soft. Staff were friendly and being there for a week was a good area to get around Melbourne CBD. Would definitely recommend.

THE ROOMS WERE ALWAYS CLEAN, THE HOUSEKEEPING STAFF DID AN EXCELLANT JOB. FRONT OF HOUSE WERE ALSO GREAT AND NEARLY ALWAYS GREETED ME ON ARRIVAL OR DEPARTURE. THE BASIN IN MY ROOM WAS DIFFICULT TO USE UNDER THE RUNNING WATER AS IT WAS SO CLOSE TO THE CORNER AND THE SHOWER BASE LEAKED WATER ONTO THE FLOOR. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN GREAT TO HAVE 2 LIFTS WORKING BUT IT WASN'T A BIG PROBLEM OVERALL I ENJOYED MY STAY AND WOULD USE THE HOTEL AGAIN

Very clean, tidy & comfortable. Ducted ventilation was a bit noisy. Figured out I could probably lock myself out on the balcony so make sure you don't do that. I didn't use the 24hour room service but it was good to know it was there - prices are reasonable.

Friday night celebrating Mothers day

Hotel is in great location, room was large and well appointed. Breakfast options were tasty, hot and varied. Staff at reception, dining room (breakfast) bar (happy hour) and valet parking were considerate, friendly and professional. Only suggestion would be to install exhaust fan in bathroom. All in all, we were very comfortable,enjoyed our stay and intend coming back :)

Pros : 1) within walking distance to the tram station, restaurants etc.. 2) quiet 3) clean 4) late check-out at 11 am. Cons : Lack of toaster, microwave, probably due to hotel more suitable for business travel, not for leisure travellers like us.
