Stayed over Memorial Day weekend with my family of five. Hotel was very clean and comfortable and every member of the staff was friendly and courteous. Rooftop bar and lounge was beautiful, clean and had a friendly vibe. Service was great there as well. Food was not amazing but way more than adequate in quality and we’ve dined all over the world in top restaurants. We had a wonderful stay and I would return if I’m in the area again. I’ve seen negative reviews of this property and can’t understand them at all. The rooms were not noisy as I’ve seen in other reviews. The in room ac unit was a bit noisy but it’s an ac unit and didn’t hinder our sleep at all. Great stay!

The hotel is in a great location, in the middle of the downtown area. There are restaurants, bars with live music and lots of shops and galleries. The hotel is clean and quiet and there is an excellent rooftop bar with views of the town and water.

Staff was super friendly. It's a convenient location near downtown where you could just walk to any of the bars and the restaurants. The view at night is amazing. In addition, the rooftop food and drinks are good. I went a few days go as they were celebrating Star Wars and I had a cute baby Yoda drink. Great place for a staycation. I'd definitely be staying here again.

I was disappointed with the room decor. It was extremely cold and industrial in appearance- tile floor, and bare concrete ceiling (and part of a wall). While the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was lovely, the bedroom decor was simply more sparse than I expect from a Hilton property. It was not a room I would spend time in.
