Me and my bf loved it there the room was clean and it was easy to get help. My best part was being able to text telling them what you need less than 20min later it’s already at your door. Morgan is the person I spoke with in the phone she was able to help me she was friendly on the phone and in person I would stay there again and would definitely recommend this hotel

Food at the rooftop restaurant was excellent both meals. Rooms were quiet, except for the speed train but didn't wake me. Excellent views of Melbourne and intracoastal. Very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. I was returning from a cruise and my friend had an early flight out so we elected to stay in Melbourne due to the easy access to the airport. We were extremely pleased with the lodging BUT the dining was something I will always remember. I have never before enjoyed a dinner meal as much as this one. I would give it 10 plus stars. The chef deserves highest praise. I'm still thinking about it and talking about it to my friends.. Next morning, I was served the most beautiful and tasty omelet imaginable. It was a work of art and tasted divine. The waitstaff for both meals could not be improved on. It was superb service in every aspect. In a nutshell the service from all the staff was unparalleled at this hotel from beginning to end. My next trip to the Melbourne area will definitely include Melby. I may even drive the 2 1/2 hour distance from home just to have dinner there.
