The place to stay in Melbourne Florida

This hotel sparkles with cleanliness and modern appeal. It is a relatively new facility for Melbourne but highly recommended for any travel or stay. Breakfast was great and did I mention spotless. The manager, Carlos, was extremely accommodating and the hotel is pet friendly, which is a big plus.

Richard checked our two rooms quickly and efficiently. Rooms were nice and big, specially the one bedroom. It felt like your own little apartment with a small kitchen. Nice, clean rooms, which can be surfaced dusted a little bit, but overall great property and staff.

Love this place

We love this place. Have stayed several times. Bed is soft just like i need. Great bathroom for handicapped. Separate area for sitting and watching TV. Made hot cocoa in room.

My family and I enjoyed our recent stay at Hyatt Place. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast bar was delicious. There is even a bar, dining, and snack area if you choose to take advantage. I'm giving the property 4 stars only because I reserved a crib for my son days in advance of us leaving for Florida. I was assured that we would have one waiting in our room when we got there; however, upon arrival we were told that all of the cribs were given out already. We were told that we'd have one for the following day, which didn't turn out to be true. I had to makeshift a safe space for my young toddler to sleep on the pull out couch instead, which led to the both of us not sleeping well during our stay. I'm pretty bummed about it because I was looking forward to great sleep on the hotel's comfortable beds. Lesson learned for our next trip: bring your own pack 'n play just in case! Overall, our stay at the hotel was really good. If we are ever back in the area, we will definitely stay there again!
