There was a fight out the front of the property when we arrived. Staff were lovely and friendly, but the place is so run down. There was electrical tape holding my shower head on and the road noise made it really difficult to sleep. We left early from here and found other accommodation.

Definitely not staying here again. Place was filthy and wasn't cleaned. Lucky we had our own pillows in the car, their ones were filthy and were so thin you could barely call them a pillow. Toilet barely worked. The fridge stank and was dirty. Highly recommend paying extra for somewhere else.

Its not somewhere i would recommend. The bathroom is something you would find in an old caravan, could hardly stand up straight in it, they sink basin is next to the bed. If you shower with the door open it will set off the fire alarm. The walls are paper thin, had to put the tv on to drown out the noise, you could hear next door simply cough. But the tv kept turning off so i didnt have a solid night sleep the whole 3 nights. They leave no glasses or drinking water in the room so you cant even have a drink of water. Its looks more of a hostel than a hotel and near nothing. The blankets are paper thin so prepare to freeze to death. Really not enjoyable place to be at. The cleaning staff we pretty friendly but the dude at the desk was pretty 'whatever." He wasnt rude but inwouldnt say he was friendly or inviting. I felt a bit tricked because it was an ibis hotel- but nothing like an ibis. Probably wouldnt be staying with ibis in the future.

Ibis was very convenient for what we were doing and cheap, so you get what you pay for and we were happy with that. Not happy with wotif, booked and paid for 2 rooms and when we arrived at 9:00pm at night with a car trailer there was only one room, the other room had not been confirmed between wotif and Ibis. No chance to go elsewhere! Now wotif is not responding to emails and no refund. Not very good service from wotif.
