What a fantastic location! We walked everywhere all weekend, valet parking was easy on swift, hotel staff were lovely and the café down stairs has delicious options. Will definitely stay here again!

Location was very close to everything. Food and shopping is just around the corner. Staff are very friendly and reliable. Bed is very comfy. The place was prestine and clean. Just avoid the self check in if you prepaid your stay. Also they need to include lotiom for theor toiletries. Overall the stay was great! Clean place, comfy bed, convenient location.

The breakfast is amazing. Something for everyone. This was the best part of my stay. The room was small, but ved and pillows goid. Location is pretty accessible to CBD shopping.

Great location, nearby Melbourne Central and all the shopping. Self Check In and Self Check Out was not working for me, however staff at reception were lovely. Compact room is extremely compact it isn’t an understatement. Pee was still left on the toilet seat and there was a few hairs in the bed as well.

Breakfast was very good. Staff good and courteous. Room layout was odd with washhand basin outside the bathroom, but actually in the room and was configured badly, having to stretch across electrical plugs to reach the soap fixed on the wall. Big disappoint was there was no chair in the room. Bed reading light didn't work on one side, as replacement wasn't readily available. However, was offered a table lamp.Couldn't understand why allocated a room in the first place when light wasn't working, when the hotel didn't seem to be full. Otherwise a pleasant stay.
