The breakfast was included, however the pancakes machine could be a bit warmer as the pancakes were undercooked. The option of a extra breakfast could have been simpler as I did not know where to pay or how to pay... So... Some room for improvement.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Able to store our bags for the day after checkout and able to give lots of recommendations for breakfast. The hotel is just a short walk from Southern Cross and lots of public transport.

Nice hotel with perfect location. Close to the main train station and my conference venue. The room is clean and staffs are friendly. The room is small, although it's as expected and I stayed in other AU's downtown ibis before; so I understand. Would stay here again.

I would like to make a suggestion Supply face washers to use in the shower Even though a mistake of giving a card with my room number and having the poor lady enter my room while I was sleeping which was quite scary Staff rectified the problem but a bit difficult when I had to find my drivers license and room key to prove I was the guest in the room
