Dirty and dated

The property was filthy. Moldy room, hair was in the towels and shower, boogers were on the door, furniture didn't match, mattress was old with a body divot in it and you could feel the springs, fruit punch was spilled behind the back of the door. Trash bags (not mine) were in the hallway for over 12 hours. The elevator also didn't work properly. There was a dehumidifier in the room, but it was still moist. I couldn't sleep and I was sick from the mold and moisture.

The first week was nice but the second and the third week I never got any room service they brought me towels and soap but they never changed the sheets on my bed I asked the lady at the front desk for room service one morning before I went to work and she replied that you get room service every 3 days and that my room will get service the following day I explained to her that I have been here for 6 days already and had just booked my room for another week and have never received room service she just repeated herself and said they do even numbers on one day and odd numbers the next day for some reason they let people stay at the hotel who does not have a room the halls were filled with Latino people and their kids were running wild they were very rude and I would have to go down to the front desk every night and tell them there are seven or eight kids running up and down the hall nobody wants to get up out of their bed at 11:00 at night and get fully dressed to go down to the desk to complain so I would try and call the front desk never would get a answer I called the front desk and took the elevator to the front desk as I walked up to the front desk there was a gentleman setting in the back out of sight with the phone right beside him and it wasn't ringing he got up asked me what my problem was I explained to him once again there are unsupervised children running up and down the hall and it is 11:30 at night and I also have 7:00 to 8:00 adults sitting in the hallway

La Quinta Inn Stay – Mixed Experience The staff was excellent—friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. Unfortunately, the property itself felt very dated. There was plaster falling from the ceiling, and I noticed ants in the room, which was disappointing. With some much-needed maintenance and pest control, this location could really shine, especially given the great team working there.
